When i had the head done on mine, it came back on full, dunno if it helps, if you do this and go for a run, then top your level up all shud be good... unless it is the head gasket:thumbs:

start the engine and squeeze all the collant pipes to remove any air from the system

im hoping it is an airlock.....come to think of it i had to remove the radiator top pipe recently when i changed my engine mounts, and didnt drain and refill the system properly. just topped it up. could this cause an airlock that would make thi noise?

i know that a rushing water sound from the dashboard is a sign of a headgasket on the way out (ive already had 2 go on different engines!) and this happened both times. but this time ive got no other symptoms like white exhaust smoke or oil & water mixing. could it just be an airlock? or is that just wishfull thinking!!! |
