The hardest part is the timing bit, you got a Haynes manual? Read up on it tonight, not difficult, especially on the 8v's. | |

Go for it mate, if I adopted that attitude I'd have forked out £360 to get my spraying done instead of £40 on materials and learning to do it... | |

Should be about 400 IIRC, its mostly labour costs as is takes time to dismantle all the engine and timing components, change the gasket, then reassemble it all... | |
