essay time:lol::thumbs:

one of the causes of brakes squeeking/squeeling....is build up of brake dust......or the pads/shoes aint been copper greased to stop the grinding/squealing sound:)

if you take your drum off........get a lil screw/driver.....or a small pry bar if you have one.......and gently lift the shoe...fromt the hub end...outwards..(towards you..)....and shot a bit of copper grease between the shoe and the actual drum casing at the back.....
there should be 3 points of contact with drum casing and the actual shoe (on each shoe...)
these points are:
the top.....either side of the wheel cylinder
the middle
and near the bottom

just take a screwdrive/small pry bar...and gently lift the shoe away....get another screw driver.....get a bit of copper grease on the screwdriver end....and put it on these points....then wipe off the excess off the shoe...

job done...
brakes should stop squealing:wave::thumbs:

p.s...just give me a shout if you need a diagram of were to put copper grease.....:wave:

probably not. if it feels like its grinding or you can hear grinding then they will need changed. If they are just squeeling then you need to deglaze them. You will need to remove the drum to do this so you can check if they need changed too
