Best bet is to take it apart and check it over using the haynes, no point in replacing the engine if all it needs is a light skimming and new gasket.

just a query, the oil drained out, so there mite b sum damage... any ideas on where 2 get a good engine from?

It woud cost less to replace the headgasket yourself and get the head skimmed.

Where can i get a good 1.2 sxi engine from? my head gaskets gone, and i wud rather buy a new engine, just so nufin else is fooked up on it! wud i b best gettin a reconditioned engine?:boggle:
