Personally i don't see the point in sanding down or filling to get a smooth finish. Just use normal primer and spray over the original texture. Still gives a good finish and mantains a more factory supplied look. | |

ive never understood the filler primer stuff so all u gotta do is put down plastic primer then filler rimer and spray colour over the top?:boggle: | |

No no no no... The can is blue and silver, the filler primer will probably be yellow, which will be fine under black... | |

ok, iv used a white primer base so is it ok to go over in silver?. I have Black as the colure im having them. | |

Its £10 for a large can. Its blue and silver and not halfords brand. Good stuff. | |

Yeah filler primer works a treat. Make sure put down plastic primer base first, so the filler has something to cling to, otherwise it will peel off. | |

use filler primer this will cover up the origanal patten | |

I have taken off my door card(the bit with the speaker thing on) and have tryed to sand it down. I have then sprayed it with the primer and that is done. |
