The local garage did a really good job of mine as well.
It drives really well now, steering very accurate.
Haven't driven it enough to notice if tyres still wearing
evenly but it certainly feels OK to drive. I don't think
the customiser would have done it any better.

The same customiser quoted me £38 parts and labour to fit polyflex exhaust mounts for me standard exhaust (it was banging a bit on the axle after I got it lowered); I got two rubber mounts from halfords costing £2.60 and fitted 'em meself in about 10 minutes, fixed the problem completely. There's gotta be a moral there somewhere!

Local garage charged me 80 quid for fitting and wheel alignment.
That was after I asked one of the leading customisers in
Southampton who quoted me 160 for the same job.

you can get a full kit fitted for about £70, dont be takin it to big main garages, any back street alley garage can fit the kit for you - its not a specialised job

How much would it cost me to get a suspension kit fitted to my corsa B?

Also,
does anyone know if a K&N induction kit for a 1.0 12v will fit a 1.2 8v?

Cheers,
J
