they are prone to breaking tho, and rusting up,

my OLD vauxhall ones were like that, on the top was the 3 pin pattern for the key and around it was a spining suface so u cudnt grip it with anything!!!!!

they hadnt been taken of my car in years!! so had rusted shut!!! took the garage at least 10minutes per nut to get of!!!!!

apparently vauxhall dont do these any more now!

they are good i think, i mean if they too ka agarage that long to get off must be good lol

edited as it made no sence lol!
basically my key was fucked as some1 did the locking wheel nuts up to tight with an air gun and when trying to undo the nuts to key bust lol! so i had to use alternative methods to remove them u have u2u on the way!

they only do one set of locking nuts, mine were from pvd

with what?
im pretty sure mcguard make a few types of nuts, i cant see how a universal socket would work on mine, no where to grip.

Mcguard locking nuts are very good. Had them on my Saxo and lots of people reccommend them. Around £30-35.

ok cheers mate :)

so long as i spend at least £30 il be ok, any particular brands? or brands i should stay clear of?

Drysdale

Bit of advice, wouldn't spend less than £30 on them. Also get ones with individual security, not ones which can be taken off use the same combination/method.

which security locking nuts do you lot reccommend for alloy wheels? or are they all the same?
