some carb cleaners say dont spray onto plastic inlets
most of vaux inlets have plastic part of them

Where do you work?? Do you know Milly in VCF?? Take off air box and AFM and spray directly down air intake....get someone to rev car while you spray it, helped my GSi no end ;)

cool VCF like 1 minute drive from where I work. Whats it called then? Carb cleaner? And I spray it straight into the ICV? :|

try squirting carb cleaner into the inlet first its only £3 a can ish and may cure the problem without the hassle of removing everything

and get someone to rev engine while u do it :thumbs:

back of engine. below inlet manifold. couple of jubilee clips holding it. the clips should be easy to access as i usually clean them then fit them from underneath ;)

where is it on a 20xe? easy to change?

mines on its way out i think :(
