Hmm.. ill hafta try when i gettit back from bodyshop.. Do i hafta disconnect alarm again and let standby battery run outta power or can i just disconnect and re-connect? Thanks anyway :)

with my old alarm, you had 30 odd seconds after re-connecting the battery to press the button on any remotes that you had to program it.

when i took the battery off i had to reconnect the remote to the alarm by pressing a sequence on the remote, maybe you have that

Help!, my battery went totally flat and now my remote for my alarm doesnt work. its de-locked and i had to disconnect battery and manually turn the alarm off by means off the emergency key turn/flash thing.
Its all working ie remote battery is new and car battery is full and led is flashin but no response. Maybe theres a way to rest? please advise someone/s
