ok I would this:

grab a 5 pin auto relay and wire it in this fashion:

85 - +12v ( blk at horn)
86 - horn trigger ( brown at horn)
87 - +12v via a 20a fuse
30 - to horn ( or air horns!)

mine did the same thing and the horn chose to shit itself so I bypassed the current ( as it is wired through the horn button and not via a relay) through a relay.
the result is a LOUD FKN air horn!

you will have to take off the front bumper to do it.
try that , it should fix your problems.

Alrite, I've got a '93 sri corsa and i've got a very annoying and MOT failing problem with my horn. The horn really decides when it wants to work and when it does it sounds fooked. It's not the switch on the wheel as i've touched the 2 wires together. A mate of mine mentioned it could be a faulty earth, any ideas??? or is it a case of i'm goin' to the scrappy today? Cheers, Alex
