no just had back box. most diesels usually have no centre section so i thought what the point of havin a new centre section. i thought that bcuz the backbox was less resrictive it'd be a bit more noisier but its quieter and can hear the turb whistling

My mate has recently got an astra mk4 deisel, and we've put a scorpion backbox.

I just want to know is there any way of masking the engine noise through the exhaust system? I spoke to A1 today and they insisted that I will never be able to make a diesel exhaust system load.

I was thinking WTF! why do they have the center silencer there for then?

How much of a difference will replacing the center silencer part with a straight thru mild steel pipe make?

We just want to mask the engine noise with a louder exhaust system.

Any diesel owners care to help?

Cheers :D
