got the steering column changed and adjusted, took them half a day to get 1 in stock and fit..good service, problem is it would have cost £550 if it wasnt done thru warranty, then took it back again this morning cost the steering needed to be adjusted as it was not straight

It might mean i'm keeping it. It's still up for sale and if someone offered me 5k for it today, I'd take it.

But I ain't letting it go for any less as it's worth 6k imo. So if I keep it, I have to sort it's little problems. One of which is to get the Aircon working and for this I need to put the aircon pump where the PAS one is now.

i don't know mate sorry. But I assume it has a pump of some description to pressurise the steering rack. It just uses 12v to power it, not a belt and pulley system.

well my corsa c is having its steering column replaced after 16000miles.. btw does this mean it has no power pump? all it is is a computer

Anyone ever seen a Corsa C steering coloumn with inbuilt electric PAS put into a Corsa B or Tigra?

Is it tough to do etc?

Cheers
