i done 1 on a 12v took about 4 hous to do and yes needs changing @ 100,000miles

yeah it needs changiin real badly, engine sounds completely messed up. cars at 50,000 but its had a hard life. guy before i had it never put oil in engine. messed whole engine up. gradually sortin it.

Does it need changing? Should be making a noise if it does. Usually about 80k miles is the time to do it.

how do i change my cam-change? garages want about £450 to change it, i'd prefer to do it myself, what i do?
