ive noticed it seems abit slower to 4k revs in each gear but when its over 4 it seems fine,could that be anything to do with it?

chek the fuellines attached to the manifold just make sure they aint leaking.
does the engine run a bit iffy too? could be the manifold gasget leaking perhaps...
or the carbon recirc thingy behind the drivers-wing is fooked

im getting quite worried that i may have a petrol leak or summin as for the past few days when i get in my car it smells of petrol (quite often after giving it some stick!)
what could be causing the smell?:o
