i had this for a while, thought it sounded kinda cool lol.

just cleaned&tightened my earth connections that sorted it

is it harmful in anyway, like can it cause long term damage anyhow

Also caused by dirty earths aswell, may just find cleaning it up and put it back on helps it.

u can get a blocker for about £15 with plugs into the RCA's and stops it

ive got 2 amps. one running my sub and the other runnin my 6x9s, its baffled me coz i only noticed the sound today

normal get it when u run power cables next to RCA cables or specker cables

hence when wiring amps in you run Powercables down one side of car and RCA to the amp down the other.

i was drivin my car today and the music was on, as the revs were goin higher i cud hear a very high whistling sound increasing as the revs were increasing.

i didnt know wot it was at first, so i was jus fidgeting about and removed the face off my alpine stereo and the whistling sound stopped. i put the face back on and as the revs increased again the whistling sound could be heard again

the noise is coming from the rear shelf area of the car near the 6x9s, i checked to see that the boot mite have not been shut properly and it may have been the wind but that was ok but the noise still keeps happenin when my music is playin. this didnt used to happen before but its been doing it today for some reason.

anyone got any ideas to what this noise could be??? :boggle::boggle:
