coaxials in rear doors then. you dont need 6x9's, you already have bass with the sub

Yer comps r the most important thing but after having both an install with just front components and subs and then an install with front components, subs and a set of rear speakers i really prefer the 1 with the rears aswell.

thats strange Adi, a guy around here stocks fusion and fits them.. and most me m8z got fusion installs.. and they sound better than any 6x9's/amps/subs I've heard, i.e. alpine, pioneer, kicker, hollywood, kenwood, etc etc IMO! :P

quote: My m8 got some fusion 6x9's and comps and an amp, and they sound absolutely crap! My cheapo alpine comps were better when i had em on the head unit!

rear quarter builds are not common on here, most people (me included unfortunalty) put 6x9's in the shelf.

for quality and power not many subs if any are better than fusion 12" powerplant with a fusion amp, just hard to get hold of as hardly anywhere sells them... but they do where I live :D ... www.fusion.co.uk (think thats their site) as for ya 6x9's, pop 'em in ya parcel shelf then ya get more sound in ur car but u'd be better off gettin a set of pukka front component speakers and just have a sub in the back, sounds mint

as u can see from my avator, i have an empty boot, ive got a rough idea of what im after, keepin it simple such as a 12" sub, amp, and two 6x9's but what i wanted was them enclosed in the corner of the boot, so sub in middle of the box, then 6x9s on either side and an amp on the top. but as im completly new to this i want some info on best prices and quality, ive already got a pioneer head unit btw. has anyone got pics of sutble corners builds if possible please. cheers  |
