oh, if you can, put the other bit on over the standard bumper and leave as mjuch of it there as possible for strength, and you can use the lower mounting points also.

tigerseal them together, then screw or rivit them, then fibreglass mat over the front then p40 then p38 to finnish it off.
done one myself the other week.

how would i go about this?????
cut the bit off the other bumper i want,cut it to fit bla bla.then blend it on to origional bumper.ideally at the bottom of the grey dimpled bit.so its juke an apron.
so....
1.how could i strengthen bumper?
2.fibreglass enough?or bumper fill?
3.expanding foam in behind bumper?
any help appreciated
