Its the cable. On old corsas the springs and cables get stretched and worn. Look at the back axle and follow the cable to the right and left wheel. It goes through a block, clean the rubbish out of that and grease the cable up. If that doesn't help, get them to fit a new long and short handbrake cable for the rear axle and adjust it. Its cos its not fully retracting in the drum and touching. | |

Right VX tighten my handbrake and now everytime i pull the handbrake there is a rubbin/grinding noise from the back wheels! Check if the wheels are loose but not! Could this be because its too tight! |
