use it for comps as u say, cud run a set of focal polykevlars off it K2P model.

Then get a monoblock amp for the sub, like a JL 500.1

i have a vibe vp2 amp

2 x 100 RMS @ 4 ohms
2 x 150 RMS @ 2 ohms
1 x 300 RMS @ 4 ohms

this isnt gonna run much is it...apart from a set of components or something

well depending on what voicecoil version it is gonna depend on what u can run it at obviously.

Dual 2 ohm versions gonna mean either a 1ohm in parallel or 4 ohm in series load to the amp.

Dual 4 ohm version in parallel will mean a 2ohm load and in series an 8 ohm load.

I ran a single 12" W3 D4 (now got 2) off a RF 500BD.1 mono block. Rated at 700rms at 2 ohms. Did the job perfectly.

U can get em for bout £270 in mags now i think cos there old stock, good amp tho.

Guess it all depends on ya budget!!

just so u no mine runnin at 1ohm with no problems (touch wood), lol.
