no point just getting a manfold mate the power to be gained is by reducing the restriction stopping air getting in wud be better spending money on some new cams along with a new chip :thumbs: then put on a manifold. cams looking at just under £200 chip bout £300 then get somit to fit it and set it up for u. definetly a better alternative :D

swop engien to the 16v lump alot more tunable. or get cams, head work and a un ichip on urs then get a 4-2-1 exhuts manifold. can get good power that way id think

depends on your budget!! Velos are the best value for money IMO, less than 500 notes fitted and gain is around 20bhp!!
