Ten Gauge wire would be perfect for your inverter.

should i just buy an inline fuse for the inverter and what kind of wire should i run from the battery to the inverter?

thanks mate,the screen is a kenwood one lz-701w is the model number.

so with the screens acc wire,can i join it to say the possitive wire on my neons?

Yes ground the parking wire and this will let you have full operation of the screen whilst on the move.





Run a dedicated power supply from the battery for the inverter with a fuse as this is by far the safest way. However you can also tap into the cars wiring for the twelve volt supply (ie rear boot light etc) remember to fuse any spurs you run off.

gonna wire my screen in tommorow,just wondering what a few of the wires are and where they go.

firstly,with the parking sensor,i dont want it to just come on when im parked up,i heard you can just ground that wire and it will act like the handbrake is on,is this true?:boggle:

the other wire says fm tx,where do i put this?

where is best to get an ACC connection bearing in mind the screen will be going where the mfd was?

the other thing is im picking an invertor up tommorow,will it be straight forward to put in?where should i get a positive connection for it?
