I'm not saying spraying is easy, its taken me ages to sort out my spraying. Respraying a car is a job which is don't really want to do because of the amount of work invloved. Blending paint in isn't easy either, i haven't done much of it, but practice is wot u need

 i love how people think painting is easy!. Painting a set of mirrors or a bodykit is a piece of piss. Anyone can pick that up... what about washing in paint?, blending paint?, respraying full cars?, recoating?, can you tell me what type of needles or nozels to use for different paints?.
Painting cars properly is an art mastered after years of practice!.

Once you've had a go you might find that you're work is as good as a pro ;)

I've done alot of spraying now, and i make a living from doing that and selling stuff. once you get the hang of it, its fine.

As you can only buy set sizes/amounts then you will need to buy more than you really need, if you had a paint mix scheme or access to one, then you could make up a more exact amount... but you know the saying..."better too much than not enough!".
You will need to buy a litre of basecoat and about 1.5 ltres of clearcoat. You will need 1 litre of hardener and one litre of thinners. You will need som clean clothes to prep the painting surfaces, just use a lil drop of your thinnners instead of panel wipe!. Obviously you will need the parts to be primed before painting.

Need anymore help, give me a shout ;)

the paints gonna cost maybe 30 quid a litre, depending on metallic, aluminium or how nice it is, etc, and i rekon your gonna need about 1.5 litres. do you have a de-humidifier, and a spotlessly clean spraying area?
if not its gonna be turd
