it will be more than likly the oil valve stem sills

i replaced mine and it dosent use half as much oil as it used to

ull have to get 16 of them, but cant remember how much each they cost + u oviously have to take the head off so it does cost alittle, unless u do it ur self

just got the rocker cover gasket changed 2 weeks ago!!

last time i checked the plugs they were oily this was about 3-4 months ago!

if i rememebr right only spark plugs 2 and 4 were oily!!!

no BLUE smoke, however it is a bit more smokey than usual on start up(oil burning) but mainly wen i redline it wen driving!

Valve stem oil seals are the seals that sit on top of the valve guides in the cylinder head. They are there to stop oil dripping down into the bores.

What you are experiencing sounds like a badly leaking rocker cover gasket though as oil drips down and sits on the spark plug bores.

Have you actually taken the plugs out??

Do you notice loads of blue smoke on startup?

1.6 Gsi, its burning oil and ive found the bottom of spark plugs have got oil on them, so this means i need new "Valve stem seals" right??

how much will cost to do??
