right the gunk will be condensation as the oil warms up. Mine does this every winter and disappears when weather gets warmer. u get loads of gunk if u only do short runs | |

I'll have it looked into. Thanks for the advice guys, havnt really a clue under the bonnet, ICE is my vice. Really wanna learn at some point. | |

good on ya man get stuck in, engine flush goes in ya oil ya drian the oil out then flush it through, gasket does seem likely though | |

Tried redex before or somethin. took out the spark plugs and squirted it in there, and then added the rest into the fuel. Is this the same stuff? | |

Topped up the oil today and noticed loads of a pale coloured gunk around the rim of the hole. |
