na i've got a feeling it's something bigger than that. If i wind down the window and listen carefully then i can hear a sort of scrubbing sound... the car really does jerk around as well.

Pretty sure it's not normal.

Anything i could visually check just by having a peek under the car?

Dave

Morning all,

Got a query for you lot. I'm having a few problems when i accelerate in 1, 2 and 3. Once i'm doing about 30-35mph the problem goes away.

I get shuddering through the whole of the car when i accelerate and pull away from a stand still. It's like the wheels are rubbing against something, not quite sure.

How could I find out what this problem is?

I'm off round to my mate's at the weekend to get the brake discs replaced as the old ones are totally knackered. Would he be able to sort this problem out at the same time?

Cheers

Dave
