IMO drilled airbox with decent panel filter and cold air feed is BY FAR your best bet!! I had a ram air closed induction kit and changed it for drilled box and it definatly pulls through revs smoother and all the flat spots have gone!! Sounds quite raw as well :D

i drilled my mates 1.2 8v airbox the other day and its alot louder than we both expected since my corsa c is quite quiet with it done

Do as above, but plumb the pipe into your airbox. It's all good!

Fit a cold air feed. Vent pipe 1m long, from lower grill infront of radiator to underside of the cone with cable tie

Induction kit sucks in hot air since it sits too close to the engine, do a search/read the sticky at the top of the forum!!

go back to ur drilled air box, and buy a performance pannel filter (about £30).

assumin ur induction kit is in good nick, id take it back and get ur money back...just say the truth, ur car responed very bad to it! made it undrivable! :P
