mate, i would look at getting a bigger gauge of cable :) What are you currently running? If you keep blowing fuses then it either means the fuse is too small, or something is shorting. If the fuse is too small, then you can only go up to a certain amp-age depending on the cable. So look at the cable specs :) However, your fuse on the power cable should equal the total amount of fuses on your amp(s). eg: If you have two amps, and each one has 2x 20amp fuses, then on the power cable you should have a fuse of 80amps :) And you shouldnt need to go higher than that mate :)

btw neo, what is carré? is it millimeters?

Be carefull, your fuse cant be bigger than the thickness of the power cable.
Is is like a weak link.

E.G.
Fuse 80 amp/ cable 10 carré => cable is the weak link and wil melt
fuse 80 amp/ cable 25 carré => fuse is the weak link;)

Earth must be verry good.
My best place was on the rear seat belt on the bottom.
You must have also a fuse on your power cable.

and a good setup.
e.G. I had 12 carré power cable with an 35 fuse.

I had blown my fuse because my amp gives 1000watt RMS and the fuse couldn't handle.

Got now 25 carré power cable wit 80 amp fuse.

No probs since;)

i got a problem with power, well, i got a problem with lack of power.
i had no power going to my amp at all, so i bought a new one, i got no power to that either, ive re-wired it all and checked it, it just keeps blowing fuses,
any ideas?????? :boggle:
