keep a close eye on it, if it gets worse then theres a problem to be sorted if it stays like that then maybe its nothin major

so do you all agree it shouldnt be loud? and should i just take it back to garage and ask them to give it a look at?

the ticking maybe your hydraulic lifters, usually just tick on start-up but sometimes just start at random,failing that timing chain maybe slack

chain? i heard about these being chaine driven but didnt take it in

if it seems loud, could be chain tensioner bit out.

my mates got an older 52 plate corsa and his engine is alot quieter too
so you think the general noise level of the engine is just louder or should it be quiet?

the ticking noise is the fuel tank vent valve. nothin worry about:thumbs:

Right then.... ive got a Corsa C sxi Facelift done just over 3500 miles and currently im changing head units so i aint got no music:(

You all know how sick you get of listenin to the engine and everthing you hear makes you feel worried that summit is wrong with it

Its quite loud and has a ticking sound when idle from front left wing area.

Anyone else got same car with same noises? or if not do you think i should take it to get looked at?:boggle:
