Its a small black box with a vacuum connection on it, it has a vacuum pipe going to from the inlet manifold, it measures the vacuum in the inlet manifold and adjusts the fueling accordingly. | |

Manifold Absolute Pressure sensor, It's one of the sensors on the intake. | |

Just had my car looked at as it wouldnt start. Just had the garage on the phone and they said it was the map sensors?? |
