Hiya. The car i'm gonna work on this sunday is a 1.0 Corsa C. I haven't worked on mine because i've spent too much time on my Bravo etc.

I have loads of stuff for the Corsa but no time. The HU shouldnt be a problem, it was more the Amp wiring i was concerned about.

Cheers,
Jay

hi guys. just need some help. i'm going to fit a new kenwood HU an steering remote adaptor on sunday.

1. do i need to swop the red and yellow power wires to keep memory?
2. how do i keep the display?
3. with adaptors, what's the speaker size to use for the front doors? is it 16 or 17cm?
4. what's the best way of routing the power cable through the bulkhead?

The car is a corsa 1.0 but i'm asking coz my car (1.4 SRi) is still standard. They are both the Corsa C by the way.

Thanks for the help in advance.

Jay

1-try before and after swopping.
2-to keep display will need a autoleads box to convert, if not will show time/date wen cd on, and blank when radio on.
3-17cm
4-undo battery stay, slide over and ull see a plastic casing. remove with torx25 and route wire down there-itll come through past your BCM and into behind glovebox:thumbs:
