It should do. Mine is a 96 1.6 sport with a decat and full powerflow stainless system and stainless manifold. I tipped a full bottle of nitrox into the tank the night b4 and put super unleadec in it. When it did emissions they were half the legal limit- 570 ppm hydrocarbons. Go figure but i wasnt argueing!

i bought mine with a new mot(supposedly) then wen i put it on the ramps it had no cat. i claimed off the salesman, because its illegal to pass it without a cat

im a tester ive got a 91 c20xe in mine and i got no cat u need to prove year of it as oli says but if cars is regestered after august 1st 1992 it should have a cat unless modd'ed with older engine

no, only if you know the mot tester, which me and my mate do, hehe. but then after next year even that wont work as its all linked upto a computersystem linked to the dvla.

it can do

it depends what the emissions r like

if your engine uis running realy efficiently it might scrape though without a cat but it is a bit dodgy
