agree with above really mate, i wouldnt bother chucking money around trying to tune a 1.2....better save and drop different lump in....anything 1.4 16v and upwards is the way 4ward matey :thumbs:

Thats the Problem only getting little car, tis cheap to buy, and run, but can't do shit all to it !!

save ur money mate, boost valves are shit and on ur engine its just not worth doing anything to it

buy somebodies old 1.2 16v for £50-100, nobody buys em, and loads just get junked cause of a 2.0 conversion.

its not gonna set the tarmac on fire, but it'll be smoother and quicker than what your used too :)

Yeah spose...Only other problem is that down here (Kent) none of the scrappies have got any, and aint really seen any on here that I can afford..(shit job - shit wages)...

a cam will be about £300?? boost valve set up £100! so uv got enuff money there for a 1.6 u cant really tune the 1.2 8v engine u can throw money at it tho

Yeah thats, one option, but aint gonna have the money for quite sum time, (just bought Agressor front bumper and Carzone rear, plus lots of new ICE, which took good few months to save for)...

Just thought that the cams and boost valve are quite cheap and might be easy way to get sum extra Umphhhh from the little 140,000 mile engine...

id save my money if i was you mate, or buy a 1.6 16v engine to swop it for!

MY weedy little 1.2 8v Corsa B has just blew a couple of vavles, and so they are being replaced...Why all the engine is stripped e.t.c. I wondered whether it be worth putting sum Piper Cams on it and an FSE Power Boost Valve...

Anyone got these on, and do they make a difference...Any opinions welcomed..
