lol you got a 1.4 16v these things are a nightmare to get to, and when ya get there its only a mater of 2 screws, i got a 1.6 16v same engine layout and changed this valve myself, basically you gotta remove, thetop of the inlet manifold to get to it,the fuel pipes off the fuel rail, header tank, battery, plastic cam cover, its a pain, just be patient, no need to reset ecu it will do this once you had the battery dissconnected for a while

u need a star shaped thingy or woteva they are  undo them both and it comes out. if you have the money just replace it as cleaning it will only remove some of the shit and wont take long to clog again. 59 quid plus vat from vauxhalls

probably iscv, common problem, and people wonder why i have a corsa td, its done about 4 times as much milage as people petrol corsas on here, and i have never had a single engine related problem other than starter packing up.

when i first start it its ok, then the revs will drop and it will cut out, when i try to start it up again its asif its flooded and takes quite abit to start, then the revs take ages to drop when i taken my foot off the accelerater and once the revs got higher, gonna check spark plugs n dizzy cap on sunday but what could it be if its not these that need changin or cleanin:boggle:
