i want mine sprayed like that but in the standard silver finish! too scared to paint it myself tho incase i fcuk it up

yeah ok, still looks good there aint much of a difference, im just a perfectionist :) like everything to be spot on! i think the colours of them vary for the year of the car but i aint sure. mine wasnt the matt chrome. it was just silver its lighter than the matt chrome! apparently, they look the same to me!

bit werid mate, the one in the pic above looks ok. Not got the one for the girlfriends car yet, so will let u know how it goes once its in.

you know this facia kit, i brought mine from vauxhall the same colour but the fit of it is really poor, the panel with the heater controls sticks out more than what the facia does? but the top is nice n flush

My GF has just foned vauxhall who told her that this head unit is built into dash and cant be changed?! Vauxhall can't be this dumb can they?

there is a post about the MFD display, i was told its blue & white wire.

hmm i dunno bout colour, me and chris_uk have a 52 reg, but i have matt silver and he has a darker 1 to me :/ cant help u there mate, but about the MFD thingy i had a kenwood and put it in and the date didnt show, but i have a pioneer and the date shows, weird, ask austinpxx he shud know :thumbs:

BTW - Its a Black SXI with grey interior if that makes any diff? Think it has a CD player as standard.

Are they all the same colour in the C's? My GF is getting the new car on Sat, so im not going to see dash till then, but if they only do one colour i could order the surround 2moro.

One other thing, when fitting new head into the C, are there any wires to cut as in the B's to get the date to show again on mdf? Or is it just plug and play in the C?

I’ve not seen the standard head unit in a Corsa C. Is it normal sized or will you need a new surround to fit an aftermarket head unit in?
