Mine rattles to bur its the pipe knocking on the rear axle. Nead to get a custom bit of pipe made up. still on the to do list

poked inside it a good bit seems to have stopped rattling as much

hmm well i had it running and itsa very canny rattle on certain points on idle

nah doesnt rattle when shaken about i dont think.. quite loud for all it is!!

i felt all round the car and cudnt feel it touching anywhere :( even had it running for a short while 2 see and cudnt

itll be the heat shields mate unlessu cnah ear it rattle when u shake it!?

the baffles wont be loose i wouldnt have thought, i have to bend the metal under the bumper up, and then bolt the plastic of the bumper to it so it was higher up, then i just played with rubbers to see which ones fit, ended up getting some fiesta ones, go to your local hi-q fitting place, its what the yreccommended! bumper wtill looks ok too:

its a twin pipe remus exhaust and is constanly banging off my rear panel..

if i mount it 2 hight up at the axle it will bang off bumper at tail pipes (euro 2 rear)

any1 know how 2 help??

also theres a rattle at idle which i belive 2 be a loose baffle inside??
