its blue and white. but if your amp is connected to it, cut it after the join so that your amp is still connected to it.

yeah its the wire that hooks up with the 'auto-on' for the amp.

there is an output on your head unit that gives a positive supply whenever your head unit is on

this output is used to...
1) turn on external amps
2) goes through the iso connector to tell the car that the stereo is on.

number two is so that when the original stereo was on, the date dissapears and radio/cd/tape info is displayed.

so if you cut the blue/white wire that runs from your head unit to the iso connector on your kenwood/pioneer/alpine (or whatever) loom, then the date appears all the time. i've done this to my corsa c, but i am 90% sure its the same principal for corsa b's.

be careful not to cut the external amp output instead, as there should be two blue/white wires (for the two diff purposes stated above)

I know on corsa b u just snip a wire and it stays on, want this on mine!

If i turn off AP and TP (i think) on my Head unit the date comes back

Any1 worked out what wire needs snipping to have this on all the time???
