nope its not, changing dials is just complete unit, regardless of mileage on existing dials!

just have to put up with dials where mileage is out, as even if you went to vaux for a set they won't set them to your old mileage, they'd be zero'd & if you ask them about it they give a big no no

once broke its non-repairable!

you shouldn't be adjusting the cloaks anyway, whether forward or backwards as its illegal!! if you change the dials, all you need to do is say to the MOT station you needed to replace them as the old ones were faulty & they be ok with it!

I brought some new speedo clocks for my corsa 1.2, as i wanted ones with rev counter. Needed to correct the mileage before MOT(and no i wasnt clocking it back i was actually putting it forward) but i manages to change it by taking out the speedo dial and then taking the pin out which held the numbers and have put it all back together. The speed rev counter everything works apart from the miles clocking up so my mileage will never rise. any ideas???
