I'm a bit confused now, does what bolt straight in? If you mean my dash then yes, it is a digital dash from an Astra GTE but has been re worked and built into a Calibra clock housing, this is a much better shape to fit the Corsa dash.
This is a front pic, you can see that just a tiny bit is cut away at the bottom corners to mount it..

The back has been rewired to plug straight into the Corsa loom and no wires need be touched, it also runs from the Corsa speed sensor so no need to add the Astra one. It now plugs in and out exactly like my original dials.

rob,
does it fit ( IE bolt in) to the slot or is there a bit of fiddling. (I sent a email back to him as well)

It should be in the plug that your dials plug into, a green wire I believe.

just while i'm on the subject of clocks......

is there a cable like the speedo cable for the standard corsa rev counter or does the feed for the rev counter come through the plug that the clocks plug into?

I wish...No, theres a few ways to make it fit a Corsa, depending on how you want the finished job to look, some are more difficult than others. And theres a fair number of wires to connect, but its basically just swapping wire for wire.

Mines actually plug and play...simply plugs straight in, not a single wire to touch :D
