If they've said they are the version for your car then technically they are to blame, but we always urge customers to trial fit items to their car before painting as it gets over any grey area where returns are concerned.

Even though I was relying on information they had offered me, by saying there was no need to visit a garage and check it out, if there is any probs we will let you know - I didn't think twice when receiving the mirrors cos they advertise everywhere and trusted what they had told me. That aside can anyone give advice to sort the mirrors, cheers

tbh - you cant really send something back when they are painted.

Ask them for a credit note for something to the value of them

have taken it up with trading standards this afternoon and they I should have sent them back straight away but there also agreed that I was relying on the expertise of the company, thinking of getting on to my credit card company and taking it further as i hate being ripped off by companies !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

they have to give you a refund as they provided you with the wrong unit for your car and its totally your fault and you weren't to know. They should also (maybe) refund the spray...

nah, your within your rights to get the right one for your car.

Threaten them with trading standards if they give ya shit.

If it was me, i would have swapped them about for ya no problems, its such a simple task and it keeps customers happy. I just dont understand some companies. HOUNDS FOR POUNDS!!!!!!!
