Got same problem mate, Car wants to cut out and does now and again. Jerky everytime i accelerate. Going in garage on Monday to have it looked at. Shit happens | |

Mine was also doing this, just came on now and again for no apparent reason - never stayed on for long. | |

quick test to do, if the paperclip shows up nothing, just check the tension of the fan belt (crank to alternator), sometimes if its loose and it slips a bit, it can cause this light to come on, also check the throttle cable, if its sticking & the throttle isn't closing fully, the light will come on after driving for a bit or idling, but go out again when taken above 3000rpm for about 30 secs, so would be intermittent then too | |

u sure its not the brake light and maybe ure fluid is just low | |

Just kidding, it could be any number of things. You can read the fault code using the paper clip method, or take it to Vauxhall, where they will use the Tech 2 to tell you the problem, but they'll charge you £40 for the priveledge. | |
