Oh yer austin when you wire to the relay? does it matter which wire goes to which pin???

I wired mine off a relay from the ignition so they only come on with the ignition. Ive got a switch and fuse in line.
Got some help off here as well as I wasnt comletely sure about relays. If theres out you need to know ask AustinPXX, he know the lot!! :thumbs:

If the cigarette plugs arent bulky things then in most cases its fine to cut the ends off and wire it directly into a fused power supply.

If you dont want to do all that, a multi socket cigar lighter adaptor wired into a fused supply would be ideal :)

Alright lads,

Pretty new to the modification scene, my car was virtually done when i bought it.

recently was bought two interior neons, aiming to go in the footwell, problem is is that each one has a cigar lighter, 12V single connection. any ideas to get round this, do i have to get a multi socket for the cigar lighter, or is there any other way of wiring, and where can i get all necessary switching and stuff from.
