the shocks are not made to be compressed that low all the time, there is a very large chance the shocks will fail, or that they may even pop out while driving. whoever you got these from should have warned you

no, shocks have no bearing on ride height.

erm, to be honest i dont know. the whole point is standard shocks with -50 springs will feck your car big time, and probley crash it for you

if they havent gone down now then they wont. this bollox about springs settling in only makes a minute difference, if your not happy send them back.

please get some uprates shocks for the front. if you dont the shocks may will give way of pop out while your driving. They are not meant to be kept compressed this low. its V.Dangerous to have springs lower than -40mm on standard shocks

i had apex 60mm springs which the back sat higher than pi 35m springs. its just the brand probably.

doubt it will drop anymore. einbach springs are for handling not looks.

i fitted eibach -30mm's the rears also didn't drop much, that changed on boxing day when i caned it over a dodgy road that rises and dips (teeside park/a66 crossover!), sittin nice and low now but the bugger was nearly airborne :!:!:thumbs:

it will do you need to drive it a bit for the suspension to settle, please please please get some front shocks! as lowering more than 40 on standard shocks is VERY dangerous

fronts got standerd and looks wicked, the rears got gas shox but looks like it aint bin lowerd

the fronts dropd loads and looks good but the rear hasnt droped atal, plus fiited gas shox 2 the rear as wel, any ideas, thanx 4 any help..... ant
