its nothin to do with the size of the engine itself. Its the actual wiring of the engine and getting the engine to run.

Ecotec 2.0s are a lot less powerful.

One is a Calibra type older Turbo motor the other a Zafira or Astra Coupe type Turbo ?

So looking at about 200 bhp std ?

What about slipping in a std 2.2, they make 145 bhp ? Must be at least 15 extra bhp to be had by filter and zorst. The number of these fitted to Vectras and the odd Astra/ Zafira...excluding the rwd Omega.
Thanks for the into.

I did the Astra wheels on the second one.5 stud !

I have seen 2.2 's from written off Vectras going, at a big premium though ?

Whats this engine like ? Obviously its less raw than the old GTE 16v lump...

I have driven the Astra 2.2 SRi with the 2.2 and its fokkin tourquey, if not mega fast, but a Corsa is lighter of course.

the 2.2 untuneable or will it just not fit ?

Anyone put the 2.0 int the C yet ? Apart from that guy with the Seafoam Green Opel Corsa in TV mag ?

THe red top and its relatives don't fit in ?

As the Corsa is now second car, was thinking of a good ice install, and the extra weight, and the cash I have lying about, fancy spooning in a larger lump, a tuned 1.2 doesn't float my boat, I want power thats gonna rip your face of.

Also what brakes , preferably OEM GM parts off another GM car should I go for ?

I want to end up with performance on par to a Clio 172. (if not the handling)
