right removal
slide seats forward and tilt
undo the plastic trim in the centre bit "torx screws" unclip and remove
put the pretansior fork into the hole to make it safe instructions are on it to tell you aswell
undo the two torx bolts at the back of the seatrol seat and frame forward slide forward a bit and lift out.

pull off the rear door cards undo the old seat belt and the top mount then the bottom bar bolt rotate and twist the bar and pull it out "wiglle it bit tricky"

then put new subfram in slot it in and bolt it down
slit its runners forward put new seat on and bolt halfway on slide seat back and locate the back bolts in then tigten up diagonly.

harnesses
feed the bottom bits throu the holes top back of the seat then side holes bolt centre back the where you can see on the pics "rear seatbelt mount" the the left hand side to the sub frame and right hand side to the seatbelt bar bolt that is now removed revese sides for passenger side so left hand side to bottom belt bar hole and right to sub frame

dead easy

harnesses in pic above are 3 point, 2 bolts go where origional seat belt tensioner go (1 either side of seat) and the other goes in a hole for the rear seat belt, when u come to fit them u will see, its dead simple mate

Not exactly sure what sub frames they are dammit, but cant really complain as leather cobras and harness' only cost me 80 notes second hand but they're mint!! Will give it a whirl with the sub frames ive got if not i guess ill have to get the proper 1's!! What about harness'......look a bit of a pain in the arse to me????

I wana fit some tasty leather buckets.........how hard is it to remove the standard front seats?? Another slight prob is i think ive got the wrong subframes....is this a major prob or can they be slightly ''modified''???
