I've got a cat back sportex system on mine and its really raspy when the cars cold but once warmed up its got a nice deep note. | |

gases release out the exhaust quicker with no restrictors and react with oxygen and pop,just a guess | |

Yeah, I have a rasp in mine, but only up top end, and I mean right next to the rev limiter, got my centre silencer removed and changed with a full stainless system. | |

i know when it pops its cos of fumes settling on the zorst and basically exploding when it gets hot but i downt know about the rasp. | |

what causes that rasp noise, I get from my exhaust, I have a 1.2 16v Sxi, and a full sebring system, that my mate told me the other day 'isn't road legal' as its meant for race use only... |
