With the screen, you could do something like Beardy's, but get hold of a headrest holder (im sure they will do one for that) and most of them allow you to unclip the screens etc. And basically mold the holder into the dash and then you clip the screen in/out when ever you need to :thumbs:
As for building thing, aint got a clue - if it was me i would have taken it to a bodyshop and got someone to do it for me :)

i have my ps2 in the glovebox, u need to go at it with a jigsaw in the top right hand corner so the ps2 slots in, but you can easily take it out on a night.. as for the screen, mine is where the mfd is just on velco so i can take it out on a night, i haave hidden the power cable behind the dash

ps2 under passenger seat on sum sort ov bracket so u can take it out!
as for the dash u could make it so it just slots in and out and holds itself with sum sort ov strong velcr lick that click stuff i forget what its called!

got this through today! got it second hand from a bloke off talkaudio.co.uk and i only paid 150quid. rrp is like 600 here!!! not a mark on it either:D:thumbs: now i need to find a way to build it into my dash but be able to take it out of the car at night or when im not going to use it. anyone got any ideas on what i could do??
while im at it i want to build the ps2 into the glovebox maybe but also want to be able to take that out too:boggle:
any other ideas to where i can put the ps2?:thumbs:
