I put some aftermarket bumpers on, the rear went on fine and took about 45mins with new arches. The front one was a apin in the arse as my bonnet wouldn't shut due to the shape of the fibreglass so I had to do a bit of bashing with a hammer but its all good now and looks lush :D

yeah they can, but it will cost you £30/£50 to just take some bumpers of it a bit OTT.
Do it your self you learn and save at the same time

Took me 10 minutes to remove both bumpers and it will take about 15/20 minutes to put aftermarket ones on.

The bodyshop would charge you for a hour of there time.

i did it in about 1hr in the dark, easy job, just screws and a bit of pushing and shoving to get it clipped on.

is it a hard job to remove pre 97 bumpers and fit post 97bumpers? How long would it take me? And second how long would it take a bodyshop?
