if the smoothing is/was done propperly you should have few problems. One tip if your doing it yourself, dont try to spread over gaps. press the filler./fiberglassinto ant pores/scratches. and make sure it sets properly. the smooth boot pannel will last about 2weeks with loads of ice, where as the welded smooth boot if done well will last years. | |

Hey guys, now that my corsa c is fully kitted up, the only thing i have to do is smooth the tailgate. Ive got a load ICE to chuck in there too, and i have a fibreglass rear extension smoothed into the original bumper. Just wondering if any of you have had problems with the rear extension cracking where it is smoothed or where the boot has been smoothed????? Would i benifit if i used dynamat extreme on the the back of the rear bumper???? |
