Personally I would pay the extra for a good brand, I had Nankang Sports on my TSW's, when the tread had gone I put Falkens on, grip and handling has improved greatly, definatly worth the extra £20 a tyre.

i'd hardly say budget tyres. i've got 16's and needed tyres for the back. everywhere i looked online, yoko's etc £45 (195/45 r16) where same price. As far as the performance of them goes, they are fine for back but wouldnt stick them on the fronts unless you like goin straight on at corners!!!

i've had em b4, they usually about £35 quid new for a 195/45/15, lasted me ages

think i paid £47 a corner for Khumos fitted and balanced, not bad tyres for the money but you get what you pay for really.

dads got them on his 200 bhp a4, they have more grip than the pirelli p6000's that were on it.

Cheers guys, so long as they are half decent, I'll keep them until they need changing.

I've had them. Better in the wet than Falkens but wore out quicker than any i've had out of Kuhmo, Falken and Hankook.

I might be getting a new set of wheels today, they come with Khumo tyres. Are these any good or are they a cheapo budget make, I've not heard a lot about them to be honest.
