the little flap just allows the engine to suck warm air of the manifold to allow it to warm up quicker.

you will have no problems if you leave it disconnected

right ok, thats the intake air temperature control vacuum pipe.stick the red wire on and bind it up with strong tape.

I know what you mean. Its part of the air vacuum sensor. I cannot remember its use so i am of no help

as long as unfiltered air can't get into your engine then you're fine, dunno if you mean the rubber thing that keeps the airbox secure?

its only a little pecker of i thing!!! its on the end of a wire going into the engine side of ze airbox

on my air box before i drilled it i had a little black rubber valve i went to put me airbox back in and i cant find this black valve!! anybody know what its for and if it important?
